  3. activities and warns when they are due. It 
  4. keeps records of maintenance, repairs and 
  5. equipment downtime. Job instructions can be 
  6. linked to maintenance activities for easy 
  7. retrieval. Also included are systems for 
  8. spare parts inventory management and a 
  9. database for suppliers of equipment and spare
  10. parts.
